This service has been developed to better serve the following requirements of Buyers and Sellers of Luxury Homes, Estates, Estate Sites, Vineyards and Wineries in the Napa Valley.
Participants are described as:

  • Buyers who are interested in having access to available properties “before” they go on the “open market”.
  • Sellers who are interested in selling their properties privately and discreetly without their property being exposed through the customary open market methods.

A large percentage of Steve Gregory’s annual sales volume historically has involved representation of Buyers arid Sellers who fall into the above categories.

Steve retains, at the request of certain Seller clients, a substantial personal inventory of properties that are available only through his practice. This program is designed to provide the Seller an opportunity for a “market test”, allows greater control of the Buyer pre-qualification process, spurs interest and desirability on the part of the consumer and makes a statement that the property, due to its uniqueness, is expected to sell “without going on the open market”!
